Essential to our model is understanding the unique dimensions of each college campus, guiding our students to the available resources and services, and facilitating their success in incorporating these supports into their experience. The Completion team also regularly monitor each student’s academic progress and financial circumstances and are ready to provide timely assistance and advocacy whenever there is a need. Most coaching happens remotely via text, video conference, or phone calls. However, for local college students, these check-ins are typically conducted in person. Engagement ranges from weekly coaching to check-ins 1-2 times/month throughout the academic year. Additionally, the college completion team visits regional college campuses for in-person check-ins twice a year – once in the spring and once in the fall.
