Our Mission

The mission of College Bound is to provide promising high school students from under-resourced backgrounds with the academic enrichment, social supports and life skills needed to apply, matriculate and succeed in four year colleges. We fulfill our mission through the application of The Three P’s beginning with our rising sophomores and continuing with our graduating seniors.

Placement (How do our placement services work?)

  • One-on-one sessions with professional college counselors to match college profiles with students’ interests, aptitudes, financial needs and geographical preferences
  • Portfolio development to highlight students’ strengths
